Biography Jean-Marie DAILLET
Biography: Mr. Jean-Marie DAILLET is a French political personality, born November 29, 1929 in Rennes (Ille-et-Vilaine).
French parliamentarian Deputy from 1973 to 1993 of the Government of the Fifth Republic, political group UDF then UDC, first constituency of the Channel.
Elected successively from the Democratic Center, the UDF (Center for Social Democrats) and the Union Center Group. He was then appointed Ambassador of France to Bulgaria.
Mr. DAILLET is an active member and Honorary President of the French Association of Friends of Afghans and Afghanistan since September 1979.

- Several interventions with foreign ministers in France, Germany, U.S.A., Italy in favor of Afghan resistance, sending several tons of medicines for refugees to Pakistan. Conferences in French cities to raise awareness and mobilize against the occupation of the Red Army in Afghanistan. Encouraging the struggle for freedom of the Afghan people by demonstrations in front of the USSR embassy every year on the anniversary of the invasion of Afghanistan.
Receiving from the National Assembly in Paris the delegations of the Afghan resistance and assisting Afghan doctors. Hundreds of interventions for Afghan families in France to improve the lives of refugees, many financial aid to Afghan families.
